Student Success Statement

"Take responsibility for your own body, mind, and spirit, for your own physical, mental, and spiritual well-being."
- Mr. Haymore

This statement is stating what you need responsibility for in order to be well. One needs to control their body in order to function physically at the highest potential. Also, control of the mind in order to be mentally strong. Last, one needs spirit to have a well spiritual attitude.

Student Success Statement

"Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is not yet understood. But we do know what the Greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong."

- President John F. Kennedy

John F. Kennedy is explaining why physical fitness is one of the most important responsibilities of a person. For one to put full potential and strength, the body must function at its highest capacity. Physical fitness is the ability to be free with yourself, to be confident in yourself.

Autogenic Training
Duties and Responsibilities: Autogenic training is a mind and body technique containing relaxation and body awareness exercise.

Salary: There is not a salary for this training because you do it yourself. You do get good out from it; you receive heavy relaxation from it.

Education: Education needed knows how to do these training's correctly in order to find the most relaxation for your body. The exercises are similar to yoga exercises and meditation.

Reflection: Autogenic training is not a career but it does seem like something i would like to try. It sounds like very relaxing exercises and I see no harm in trying those exercises.
